EASY PINNING

It's late and after my midnight snack of chips and salsa, I was Internetting on my iPhone and had an epiphany…

you know in iOS 5 when you select and hold on an image and a pop up menu gives you options. Email, message, save image, tweet…?

'Pin it' should be there.

And with that my friends, my technology pondering is done for the day.

STAYCATIONS

Cedar City is more small town than I'm used to. And even more so during the summer. A few students are hanging around town, taking a class or working part time. And the lack of people is a little boring.

I'd heard of a hidden lake a couple months ago and didn't think anything of it until a friend's Instagram post today at the lake.
Long story short: my sister drive me up and I took this photo.

Funny what cool little things are hiding around this small town.

WES ANDERSON

I'm dying to see "Moonrise Kingdom".
I'm a huge Wes Anderson fan.

I live in a small town that is opposed to showing anything other than big blockbuster films, so I'll be seeing this when I go home to Salt Lake next week.

In the meantime, isn't this photo too cool?!

CUSTOM TYPEFACES

I'm staying in Cedar City for the summer to take some classes.

It's been a little boring, but I've learned a lot.

We created a typeface.

Copper Condensed was made with 14 gauge copper wire, scanned into Illustrator and then I learned how to use Font Studio Pro.
